Located in Boulder, Colorado, I am a professional psychotherapist who works with issues of trauma, spirituality, gender and sexuality. Although I work with people of all ages, I do also specialize in issues facing gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning youth. I have more than ten years experience working in mental health and wellness.
I hold a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Naropa University and have additional training in working with youth, and healing trauma. As an instructor at Naropa University, I teach classes on relationship, religion, spirituality, feminist theory and systems theory. I’ve completed training in EMDR, and Brainspotting. I have additional experience in leading group therapy, crisis counseling, education, program development, mediation, and group dynamics.
I’m a pre-licensed professional psychotherapist. I’m supervised by a licensed psychotherapist and my psychotherapy practice is registered with the State of Colorado. You can check it here.
My clients describe my style as easygoing but clear, intelligent and knowledgeable. You can book a free 30 minute session to see if my style works for you.
